I am an Indianapolis native who enrolled in a nursing degree program at IUPUI after finishing high school. I found myself pulled toward self-image and stress control as important aspects of health care and decided to become an esthetician. After earning my certificate and license in 1997, I worked many years as a make-up artist in New York, Chicago, and Indianapolis for spas and department stores, including Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Face Stockholm. Over the years, I have worked with such product lines as Giorgio Armani, Bobbi Brown, Ahava, Hard Candy, Laura Mercier, M.A.C., Philosophy, Prescriptive, Tony & Tina, Stila, Urban Decay, Yves Saint Laurent Beauty & Fragrances, and others.
I have always enjoyed traveling; during trips to Europe I became intrigued with their low-key, pleasurable approach to beauty and health. During these travels and years in the field, I came to
realize that I wanted to start my own day spa that would be a haven away from the busy world we live in. I wanted a place where I could help people lead more healthful lives, by helping them feel
more relaxed and confident. My dream came true in August, 2005, when I first opened Europa Day Spa. Since then, I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the clients who have used my beauty and
massage services.
Last year I took a pause and followed my dream to experience the southern hospitality of beautiful South Carolina. I have returned renewed with inner peace and happiness in my heart, ready to re-establish my business and re-connect with my loyal clientele.
I hope you will come and visit me at the new Europa Face and Body, discovering for yourself the 'unique experience' that only I can offer.
Sincerely, Sandra
